Davis trademarks, including the word “Davis”, cannot be used as part of a Facilitator’s domain name. That is, a Davis Facilitator may not register or use a domain such as “www.davisprograms.net” because “Davis” is a registered trademark.

Similarly, the word “Davis” should not be part of the site title, though is acceptable to be used in subtitles.  This applies to both the title which appears at the top of the page, and the site title reflected in source code meta tags.

The same rule applies to social media: “Davis” should not be part of the social media URL or primary title, though it can acceptably be part of a subtitle.

Email addresses should also avoid use of “Davis” — an email such as davisfacilitator@yahoo.com would NOT be allowed.
