Best Practice:

The most efficient way to present the trademark notice on any web site devoted primarily to a Davis practice is to include the full notice as part of a footer on every page of the web site which includes information about dyslexia or the Davis program.

If the trademark notice also includes a link back to the www.dyslexia.com site, then all linking requirements will be met as well.
