Services for Autism

  Autism Services

Davis providers are not allowed to advertise or describe services for autism or Asperger’s based on Davis methodology, unless they have received appropriate training from the Ron Davis Autism Foundation (RDAF) (fomerly Davis Autism International). This prohibition extends to use of words like “autism” in the domain name or business name, if the web site or business is exclusively devoted to Davis methods.

Any reference to Davis-based services for autism on a website or in other promotional materials must comply with RDAF standards, and Davis providers should refer to materials provided by RDAF or seek prior approval from RDAF before adding such references.  This includes any type of “coming soon” announcement or reference to training plans or status.

Davis providers who are qualified to offer alternative (non-Davis based) services for autism should clearly delineate the services on their web sites and include a “separate and distinct” trademark notice as specified at Required Trademark Notices –  Offering Multiple Services
