Change is coming! Davis will soon implement new standards for Facilitator websites consistent with our transition to new branding and messaging.

If the website explains or promotes other services or programs in addition to the Davis program and Davis support services, the site must also include a second notice specifying that the Davis program is “separate and distinct” from the other services offered, and that it is “provided in its own distinct context on a separate schedule”.

The exact wording of this notice may be adapted to fit the specific context, but it must include the words emphasized in bold in the following example:

“The Davis® programs described on this site and _________ are separate and distinct programs which are provided in their own distinct contexts on separate schedules.”

Examples of some programs for which this language is required is:

  • SOI (Structure of Intellect)
  • FastForWord
  • Lindamood-Bell
  • Slingerland
  • Tomatis
  • Test Preparation
  • Tutoring
  • Speech Therapy
  • Biofeedback
  • Vision Therapy

This notice must be on any page which contains reference to both the Davis program(s) and to other services, unless the multiple references are contained only within a navigational bar or array.
