Pre-licensing Approval of Websites

  Web Site Approval Process

Individuals who are in the final stages of licensing stages (final pods / final field assignments) may develop and submit a website for approval final to licensing, subject to these requirements:

  • The site must be protected from public view and from search-engine indexing by password-only access or other appropriate means to keep the site hidden.
  • Even after approval, the site cannot go live until the facilitator receives notice from DDAI that the facilitator license has been issued and that the facilitator’s name has been added to the Davis Facilitator directory.
  • A “coming soon” page which includes the facilitator’s name, business name, & contact information can be posted publicly at the facilitator’s domain, but that page may not include any specific reference to Davis, any text that describes a program that could be identified as Davis, or any photos that would suggest a Davis program (for example, clay models or koosh balls)
