Change is coming! Davis will soon implement new standards for Facilitator websites consistent with our transition to new branding and messaging.
Advance permission is not needed to link to any area of DDAI web sites, as long as the link is clearly labeled.
Please do not try to frame or embed pages of our web sites within your own. The link should take the visitor to the other site, and should be labeled in such a way that the visitor will understand that it goes to another site.
It is fine of your site software automatically includes an excerpt and picture. In WordPress and some other platforms, adding a link might automatically bring in a photo and description; for example:
Here are some links to other useful articles on web sites that we maintain:
- Interactive Test for Dyslexia: www.testdyslexia.com
- Symbol Mastery support site: www.symbolmastery.com
- YouTube Davis Videos: youtube.com/DavisDyslexia
- Davis Bookstore: shop.dyslexia.com
- Davis Provider Directory: www.davismethod.org (you may want to find and link directly to your own listing from your own bio or “about me” page)
Facilitators may also link to the following web pages, provided that the link is in a separate section or page designated for links to additional sites or resources:
- Ron Davis Autism Foundation: www.rdautismfoundation.org
- Davis Learning Strategies: www.davislearn.com
Because additional licensing is required to provide the Davis Autism programs, or to provide Davis Learning Strategies mentoring and training services to teachers and schools, links to these sites should not be on pages which describe, or appear to describe, services offered by facilitators who do not have appropriate supplemental licensing.
