Site Checklist

Change is coming! Davis will soon implement new standards for Facilitator websites consistent with our transition to new branding and messaging.

Please go through this checklist before submitting your site for approval.

General:

____   Are the Davis-based programs you offer clearly identified as being Davis?

_____ Does the site clearly identify the Facilitator(s) by name?

_____ Does the site include the Facilitator’s phone number and geographic location?

Links to www.dyslexia.com web site:

Option A:  (Preferred: link to www.dyslexia.com on every page)

_____ Link is incorporated within trademark notice in page footer or sidebar and/or

_____ Link accompanies a logo or specific text that appears on every page.

Option B:  (Appropriate for sites offering multiple services other than Davis: links to www.dyslexia.com on some, but not all, pages)

_____ Homepage (required if home page refers to Davis trademarks or services)

_____ Entry page to site sections devoted to describing or explaining Davis trademarked services. (required if site also offers non-Davis based services)

_____ All pages that specifically reference Davis licensing status. (required)

_____ Pages that describe or explain Davis trademarked services. (required)
