Change is coming! Davis will soon implement new standards for Facilitator websites consistent with our transition to new branding and messaging.
All sites describing or advertising Davis programs must include a trademark notice. If the web site is solely devoted to Davis methods, the trademark notice should be on the home page (first full page with text). If the web site describes services other than Davis, the notice should be on the main page(s) where the Davis program is described; or if there is no such page, the page referring to the license status or qualifications of Facilitator(s) whose services are advertised. Depending on the layout of the site, DDAI may ask for the notice to be placed on multiple pages.
The trademark notice should be in a font size and color that can be clearly seen and is easily legible on the page.
